Pros: Fits in our safe deposit box with plenty of capacity for backups. The price was right and free shipping doesn't hurt. Cons: Could be faster but USB 2. 0 is what it is. After a spring of wildfires, floods and tornadoes having a backup at home doesn't seem like the total solution.

Pros: Simple and easy to use hard drive with a nice style. Speed is good. Cons: None. Performance on the drive is just fine. No issues with speed. I did not reformat the drive so I didn't need to run Western Digitals "format tool' due to the cluster size changes.
